HDK Property Group goes for green and secure energy with Solar Lease

Enie South Africa and HDK property development are pleased to announce their partnership to further green the HDK portfolio. To kick off, the first 3 buildings in Stellenbosch will be equipped with Solar PV and Backup Storage. In total, with the 129 kWp of Solar PV, HDK will reduce their energy bills and be protected against loadshedding. Both parties intend to further rollout ENIE’s solar lease proposition for the future developments.

Ons is trots om aan te kondig dat ‘n samewerkingsooreenkoms gesluit was tussen Enie Suid Afrika en HdK Eiendom Ontwikkelaars. Die ooreenkoms laat HdK toe om groter omgewings bewuste ontwikkelings te ontwikkel en te bestuur. Om die proses te begin, die eerste 3 geboue in Stellenbosch sal toegerus word met Solar/PV en energy stoor fasiliteite wat nie net die koste van hulle rekeninge gaan verminder nie maar ook die geboue teen beurtkrag gaan beskerm. Albei partye is is van plan om verdere ontwikkelings ook met Enie SA se Solar/PV finasieringsmodel te ontwikkel.
