Terms & Conditions: Rent to own
The lease packages of Soly South Africa are indicative, and T&Cs apply. The Soly lease contract is based on a 7-year (84 months) Operational Lease agreement between Soly SA Lease (PTY) Ltd. and a property owner. The monthly installment inflates annually based on SA CPI inflation. A security deposit of 3 months is applicable and will be paid back at the end of the contract. During the duration of the agreement, Soly remains the system’s owner and is responsible for insurance and maintenance (if needed). At the end of the lease contract, the property owner can take over the system, remove the system at the expense of Soly SA or continue with the rental contract. Soly SA will do a credit check on every client and can reject clients based on the outcome of this check
